Return Guidelines

Eligibility Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition, including the original packaging.

Notification: Please email us before returning any item. No RMA is required, but advance notice and tracking information help us process your return faster.

Required Documentation: Include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation with the return.

Restocking Fee: Up to 25% restocking fee may apply to parts not returned in original packaging.

Electrical components (all sales final on electrical parts)

Damaged or Missing Items: Any damages, defects, or missing components must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Charges:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Core Return Policy
Some products may include a core charge, which is refundable upon return of the original part (core) that meets the criteria below:

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all cores.

Return Timeline: Cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement part.

Condition & Packaging:

The core must be the exact original OEM part ordered.

The core must be undamaged, with no external damage to the housing or components.

It must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
