Return & Core Policy

At AUTO-PRO AMERICA, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality automotive parts and excellent service. If you need to return a product, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unuseduninstalledunmodified, and in resalable condition, including the original packaging.

  • Notification: Please email us before returning any item. No RMA is required, but advance notice and tracking information help us process your return faster.

  • Required Documentation: Include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation with the return.

  • Restocking Fee: Up to 25% restocking fee may apply to parts not returned in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used, tested, or installed parts

    • Electrical components (all sales final on electrical parts)

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Any damages, defects, or missing components must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Core Return Policy

Some products may include a core charge, which is refundable upon return of the original part (core) that meets the criteria below:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all cores.

  • Return Timeline: Cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement part.

  • Condition & Packaging:

    • The core must be the exact original OEM part ordered.

    • The core must be undamaged, with no external damage to the housing or components.

    • It must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
