Processing Time: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day.

Carrier Options: We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx Ground Services. Shipping carrier may be substituted at our discretion based on service availability.

Ground shipments typically take 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are based on orders shipping within 48 hours.

Special Orders: Items that require special ordering may delay shipment. You will be notified if your item is not readily available.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited options such as FedEx 2-Day or UPS 2nd Day Air are available for an additional charge.

Shipping Delays: AUTOPROAMERICA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We do not guarantee transit or delivery times—only estimated time frames are provided.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified at any time prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return Policy upon receipt.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
